ADDITIONAL INFORMATION At our core, we are fans first – not just of video games, but of the Backyard Sports franchise. Fans have asked for accessible and legal ways to play their original Backyard titles for years, and we are excited to deliver. Without having access to the source code, there are hard limitations on the experience we can create. As an example, we can’t use the original 32-bit code to support modern macOS, as even with an incredibly clever wrapper, macOS can’t execute the binaries.

game crashes sometimes, corrupting the current game you've been playing as well, so it reverts back to the last finished game. pretty annoying. I average about 1 crash per game I would say.

this was such a horrible game, and I waited too long to get my refund... so do not buy this game!!!! The game play is so slow, I had to play one game in 2 days. The options for all the sounds didn't work at all, i.e. when you turn off the background sounds, they don't turn off. To include on that, they have 2 chants in 3 different voices that constantly play! wanna batter wanna pitcher.... cmon devs.... you made us pay for this game and we all know there is better FREE GAMES than this.

Fun game, but lately I keep getting a scumerror message after a playoff game that shuts down the app and forces me to replay the final out over and over again.

This is a great game, even better than the original Backyard Baseball. However, I'm suddenly having a problem while playing Season mode. In the fifth inning of my third season game, it won't stop crashing and now I can't even get into Season mode without a crash occuring. I hope this can be fixed.

Great nostalgia but bugs.. im 12 games into a season and currently in the middle of a game. every time I try to continue my game it just keeps playing the game intro over and over again. other than that it's great! Just takes a bit of getting used to tapping to do everything.

Amazing baseball game. The Hilarious Commentary of Vinnie and player's dialogues make it feel alive. I haven't played this game in my childhood and it was the first time I played it. Found amazing. The only thing remaining is Online Play. After that, I can say this is a Perfect baseball game and will change my rating to 5 stars.

This is the best baseball game ever. Haha scratches the old itch nicely. So glad to have a mobile version now. Several of the small issues I've had with the mobile version appear to have been fixed, but here's one that's still messing with me: when I finish a 9-inning season, make it through the world series, and start a new season, it automatically starts in 6-inning mode, and there doesn't appear to be an option to change it. This has been verified three times.

I can't play the game without it crashing anymore. I get scumerror out of array pointers. bases are loaded and it happens when I get walked or hit it and the fielder grabs the ball.

game is fun like the old computer game back in the day. but the scumerror message after second playoff game is annoying. The error closes the app and the game reverts back to prior to playing the last game. After all the hours getting to that point to end in an error that should have been caught in beta testing prior to luanch.

I made it to the playoffs when I got a scumm error, kicking me out whenever i try to play the save file. Now my Crazy Hornets may never make it to the championship game. Edit: they were quick to come up with a solution to this problem. The game is as great as ever now

I love the game, brings back my old childhood memories of playing this game. For the most part, everything is the exact same as the original, minus the 2 or 3 big league players that aren't available anymore. However, I only give it 4 stars because it's supposed to be 2001, but the game has the Cleveland Guardians, not the Indians. It was the Indians in 2001.
